Key Responsibilities


Office and General Administration

  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage office equipment and maintain organized records
  • Coordinate office activities for project management and partners


Fleet and Travel Management

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare itineraries, travel vouchers, and maintain travel records
  • Support fleet management and driver coordination.


Secretarial and Communication Support

  • Handle correspondence, invoices, and communication with partners
  • Organize and screen incoming documents
  • Support communication flow between project teams and management


Event and Meeting Coordination

  • Arrange meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and keep records
  • Follow up on action points and approvals


Financial and Grant Administration

  • Assist with payment processing and documentation
  • Support audit preparation and financial reporting
  • Maintain updated grant files, budgets, and reports


Contract and Asset Administration
