Job Title 1: Sorting Teller
The Sorting Teller position is a key operational role within the Bank, responsible for supporting cash handling, transaction accuracy, and efficient branch operations. The role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in banking operations.
Job Detail:
Educational Background
- Applicants must possess a Diploma or 10+3/10+4 qualification in one of the following fields: Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other closely related disciplines.
Job Experience:
- Candidates are required to have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in banking operations, particularly in areas related to cash handling, transaction processing, or teller services.
- A valid Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory for this position. Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of banking procedures, accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Good communication skills, ethical conduct, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential qualities for this role.

Job Title 2: Senior Training Officer
Job Detail
The Senior Training Officer position is a strategic role within the Bank’s Human Capital Management function. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, coordinating, and implementing training and capacity-building programs that enhance employee performance and support the Bank’s long-term objectives.
Educational Background:
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or other related fields,
Job Experience:
- minimum of 5.5 years of relevant professional work experience. Alternatively, candidates who possess an MBA or MA in the same or related fields are required to have at least 3.5 years of relevant work experience.
- Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in the banking or financial services industry. In addition, candidates must have served for at least two (2) years in a relevant officer-level position, demonstrating proven capability in training coordination, staff development, or human resource management functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be capable of assessing training needs, developing training materials, coordinating learning programs, and evaluating training effectiveness in line with the Bank’s strategic goals.
